The Partnership Lab was established to provide partnership based consultancy support, business services and solutions to organisations, groups and individuals.
We'll guide you through periods of organisational change, helping you solve problems and work with you to make your organisation more productive, efficient and profitable.
We don’t use the word partnership lightly, we mean it, we want to work with you and we believe that great opportunities come from working with others.

ABOUT
The Partnership Lab Ltd was formed by its founder and Director, Sam Barnett. Sam is an experienced business professional who started her career in the Financial Services Industry where she worked in corporate finance, before moving to the Higher Education sector in 2010 where she managed a number of high profile projects.
She is an experienced and qualified PRINCE2 project manager, who is passionate about working with others. Her approachable style enables her to work closely with her clients to build strong and trusting relationships and working communities, engaging people in often difficult and challenging situations.
Sam is highly experienced in working at an Executive level working with Leadership teams and senior colleagues to develop organisational strategy and deliver organisational change. She is skilled in taking ideas and turning them into clear and effective action plans whilst engaging teams to deliver.
Sam has two young children and is really passionate about supporting local charities and causes. She is currently an active Board member of Say Women and Green Aspirations – two fabulous local charities which are doing wonderful things. In her spare time she volunteers for other charities and you may even spot her on the odd run training for her next fitness event.
Sam loves meeting new people and connecting people. Sam’s passion lies in helping others – so The Partnership Lab was launched to do exactly that, using her business expertise to help others make a difference and create change.

BA Business and Management | Prince 2 | Cert in Leadership and Management ILM | Cert Counselling Skills
PASSIONS
Supporting small businesses, social enterprises, volunteering, fashion and bargain finds, charities, meeting new people, house plants, gin, good grub, the outdoors, trying new things – next on my list is macramé and crochet.
Sam is a supporter of positive and relevant movements that are currently hot topics in the business world, particularly around flexible working, equality and creating intergenerational communities. She feels passionate about the positive impact these movements are having on organisations and individuals.
